Xbox 360 Top Selling US Games Console In 2011

Microsoft’s Xbox 360 was the top selling games console in the US in 2012 according to a recent report, and Microsoft beat the second place console, the PS3 by a total of 2.7 million units in 2011.
The report comes from research firm NPD who have also said that the majority of the top selling games of 2011 were for the Xbox 360, with 7 out of the top 1o being for the console.

Popular games titles included Call of Duty: MW3, Eleder Scrolls V: Skyrim and Battlefield 3 as well as games for Microsoft’s Kinect motion sensing controller.
