Facebook App Center is now available to everyone in the US, Australia, Canada, India, Ireland, New Zealand, South Africa, and the UK.
It is reportedly said, now the App Center is available on mobile via the Facebook app for iOS and Android, or by accessing Facebook.com on mobile.
It is worth noticing, App Center facilitate Facebook users to find apps on games, fashion, food, fitness, travel, and lifestyle through friends, giving another way to grow apps.
Facebook has launched its App Center early in June with more than 600 social apps. To the reader’s surprise, more than 4,500 apps for Facebook’s timeline have been launched since the f8 developer conference in 2011. Some significant apps on facebook App Centre are Nike+ Running, Stitcher Radio, Ubisoft Ghost Recon Commander, Draw Something, Pinterest, Rotten Tomatoes, Soundcloud, Instagram, etc., along with many games.
Commenting at the launch of App Center in India, Aaron Brady from Facebook has shared her views that the App Center is designed to promote mobile apps that use Facebook – whether they’re on iOS, Android or the mobile web.
Further she added, from the mobile App Center, users can easily browse apps that are compatible with their device, and if a mobile app requires installation, they will be sent to download the app from the App Store or Google Play.
According to Drew Hopkins, Facebook App Center’s Executive, Facebook would be launching the App Center in Brazil, France, Germany, Russia, Spain, Taiwan and Turkey in the coming weeks.
