Lenovo launching 9.7-inch Android tablet in March

Lenovo could be launching a new Android Ice Cream Sandwich tablet with an IPS display by the end of March
Lenovo is reportedly working on yet another tablet, this one's a 9.7-inch device running Android Ice Cream Sandwich and dubbed the IdeaTab S2109A, which is undoubtedly a working codename and will get changed before release.
The new tablet has been revealed thanks to the company filing it for approval at the US FCC regulatory body.
Engadget has received word from an anonymous source claiming it'll sport an IPS display with a 4:3 aspect ratio, a quad speaker setup and will be powered by Texas Instruments OMAP processor technology.
Apparently it'll be launching very soon too with the current word pegging the end of March. The FCC's test report also says the device submitted for testing was a production unit, so clearly this device is ready to go and just waiting for the green light.
We'll bring you more as we hear it.
