The ALJ (Administrative Law Judge) appointed by the International Trade
Commission in the case of Apple
v. Motorola has determined that Motorola Mobility does not violate three
Apple-held patents. A statement issued today by Motorola also says the
following from Scott Offer, senior vice president and general counsel
of Motorola Mobility:
