The new 10.1-inch Galaxy Note is being promoted on large banners at MWC in Barcelona, and is being demonstrated by Samsung staff at the company booth. Unfortunately for Samsung, the announcement on the 10-inch Galaxy Note is not as newsworthy as the company would have hoped, with details on the tablet recently spilled on the firm's blog earlier this month.
The new Galaxy Note comes with an S-Pen stylus, runs Android 4.0 (Ice Cream Sandwich), and has a punchy 1.4GHz Exynos dual-core processor. There is also a 3MP rear-facing camera, and a 2MP camera on the front for videocalling. The tablet has a 10.1-inch 1280 x 800 resolution PLS multi-touch display.
As with the 5-inch Note, the tablet features the S Notes tool, a place for bringing hand-written notes and web-content together, and also boasts pre-loaded apps for Adobe Photoshop Touch and Adobe Ideas.
TabTimes is reporting live from the show, and will be talking with Samsung tomorrow to find out more details on the new tablet.
